These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the win4u platform, accessible via our website and mobile application. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

This platform is intended solely for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use of this service is lawful under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Identity Verification
To access the full range of win4u services, you will need to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are required to provide your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and phone number. win4u reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or in cases of suspicious activity for compliance purposes.
One Account Per User
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on win4u. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed. Any bonuses or winnings obtained through multiple accounts may be voided.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. win4u will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to user negligence. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
Important: You are not permitted to share your account login credentials with any other party. Allowing another person to use your account on your behalf is a violation of these Terms.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the win4u platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets, and other methods displayed during the deposit process. The list of available methods is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposit Process
Deposits will be credited to your account balance once payment has been confirmed by the payment service provider. win4u is not responsible for any delays caused by the user's bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not credited within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer support at [email protected] with proof of transaction.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the win4u account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Users may be required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal or when withdrawal amounts exceed certain limits. Processing times are between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the receiving financial institution.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by win4u are subject to the terms and rollover requirements specified in the respective promotion details. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly and may only be used for wagering purposes in accordance with the stated conditions. win4u reserves the right to void any bonus if fraud or promotion abuse is suspected.
Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits

Intellectual Property
All content on the win4u platform — including logos, text, designs, images, and software code — is the property of win4u or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from win4u.
Third-Party Links
The win4u platform may contain links or references to third-party service providers such as game providers or payment processors. win4u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Win4u's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
Win4u reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration, or used the platform in a manner that could harm other users or the integrity of the platform.
Post-Account Closure Procedure
If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an internal investigation. If the closure is at the user's own request, any eligible balance will be returned once all withdrawal conditions have been met. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Win4u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this website. Any disputes arising from the use of the win4u platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.
